As always we recommend you consult with an independently retained tax profession and tax attorney for all guidance and recommendations for your own personal actions. The Fort Abraham Lincoln Foundation will act with full faith and responsibility to fulfill its obligations to maintain our licensure and compliance with any and all applicable rules and regulations.

Prior to receiving funds, foundation staff must (under penalties up to and including termination) collect two filled and signed documents: a record a win form, that gets sent to the North Dakota Attorney General’s office, and IRS form W-2G, that sent to the IRS.
